Returns or exchanges can be made up to 14 days of receiving your order. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition which is unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached. Customer is able to return items for a full refund, minus any shipping charges or exchange the items for another size.
Return process: Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RA from our customer service dept. We will therefore be in contact with your RA number as well as any information you may need to return the item to ALTER.
Online purchases can only be returned or exchanged through our customer service dept. only. OUR PHYSICAL STORES WILL NOT FACILITATE A RETURN/REFUND OR EXCHANGE OF AN ONLINE ORDER. YOU MUST EMAIL US TO PROCESS A RETURN/EXCHANGE
The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges that accrue with returning an item to us. ALTER has the right to deny any returns if we find the item unsellable upon its return to us. Swimwear and undergarments are non returnable.
Orders/items in which a discount code was used at checkout can be returned or exchanged.
Items that have a marked down price prior to using any discount codes are a FINAL SALE and will not be available for return/exchange.
Purchases made on weekends will be processed on Monday and shipped accordingly.
